Terms of Service

Last updated June 11, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of parashutter.com and related pages (the “Service”), operated by parashutter (“we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

parashutter lets you sign in, choose a photo template, customize it (text, fonts, colors, background), capture or upload photos, generate a composite image, and share it through a unique link, QR code, or social apps. Anyone with a template’s link can view it and add a photo to an open slot.

Accounts

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google account secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to use the Service in your jurisdiction.

Plans and limits

The free plan allows up to 10 templates in your album at a time; deleting a template frees a slot. The Pro plan allows unlimited templates and is managed manually. Plan features and limits may change.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and images you add. You grant us a limited license to store, process, encrypt, and display your content solely to operate the Service and show it within your template and shared links. You are responsible for the content you upload and confirm you have the rights to use it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to upload, share, or create content that:

  • is unlawful, infringing, or violates others’ rights or privacy;
  • is harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise harmful;
  • contains malware, or attempts to abuse, overload, or reverse engineer the Service.

Because template links are public to anyone who has them, do not upload content you are not comfortable sharing.

Background images

Preset background images are provided via Unsplash and remain subject to the Unsplash License.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access, or remove content, that violates these Terms or harms the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and delete your templates at any time.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or content, arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
